How We Do It
Shipping charges are non refundable and you are in responsible for return shipping. We recommend getting a tracking number for any packages that are returned. We are not responsible for items that are lost in-transit.

RETURNS
The Small Print
Returns and Exchanges are accepted only on items that are in original condition with the tag, and have not been altered, worn, washed, or damaged. You have 5 days to return the item, no exception. Shoes must be returned in their original and undamaged box, and must be unworn. We do not accept returns on sale items, undergarments, or jewlery.
